Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Bridgepoint Sites, including website builds and ongoing maintenance plans. By working with us, you agree to these terms.

Effective Date: February 6, 2026

Scope of Services

Services we provide:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Optional ongoing website maintenance and care plans
  • Website updates, edits, and technical support

Services NOT included:

  • Ongoing SEO campaigns or search engine optimization services
  • Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Social media management or content creation

Client Responsibilities

To ensure your project runs smoothly, we need your cooperation:

  • Provide all necessary content, including text, images, and branding materials
  • Grant access to domains, hosting, or other platforms as needed
  • Respond to questions and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Review and approve demos, designs, and edits when requested

Delays in providing information or feedback may extend project timelines.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and depend on the type of service:

  • One-Time Website Builds: Payment terms and pricing are outlined in your project agreement. Work begins after payment arrangements are finalized.
  • Ongoing Care Plans: Monthly or recurring fees are billed according to the agreed schedule. Services continue as long as payments are current.

All pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any work begins.

Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You own all content, images, branding, and materials you provide to us. We use them only to build and maintain your website.
  • Our Work: Bridgepoint Sites retains ownership of templates, code frameworks, and proprietary methods unless specifically transferred to you upon project completion.
  • Final Deliverables: Upon full payment and project completion, you receive the rights to use your completed website as intended.

Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to deliver quality websites and reliable service, please understand:

  • Bridgepoint is not liable for third-party hosting issues, server downtime, or problems outside our control
  • We are not responsible for errors caused by external software, plugins, or platforms
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

Termination

  • One-Time Projects: The project is considered complete upon delivery and your acceptance of the final website.
  • Ongoing Care Plans: Either party may end the service with notice according to the terms agreed upon in your care plan agreement.
  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties have the right to terminate services per the terms outlined in the project or care plan agreement.
